After graduating Texas A&M University in 1996, Troy entered real estate

through his own business in residential construction. But his understanding of

real estate extends far beyond creating a structure. He is a top producer in the

Ada County Association of Realtors, and a rising star within the Treasure Valley.

"Having relocated my family three times, I have an intimate understanding of what it means to buy and sell property,” Troy says. “I’m thrilled to be able to

take my extensive business, accounting, and relocation experiences, coupled with my work ethic, integrity, and dedication to personal service to assist

buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions." When he isn't working

with clients, Troy spends time on the golf course or fishing with his wife of 28 years and their 17-year old daughter. "Family makes a home," he says.

Mogie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the

University of Kentucky and has been engaged in the real estate industry for 14 years. With a business philosophy built on integrity, dependability, and hard work, Mogie has built a reputation of consistently providing a high level of

service to his clients. Having a background in the construction industry, Mogie brings a wealth of knowledge to help clients identify quality craftsmanship

in homes. Mogie, his wife and their son love the outdoors and backcountry

of Idaho. They are likely to be found waterskiing with friends at nearby Lucky Peak or exploring the mountain peaks in Idaho’s remote mountain ranges.

Boise born-and-raised, Ashley prides herself in creating a memora-

ble experience for buyers and sellers alike. From new development projects to residential listings to touring with buyers, Ashley goes above and beyond

with a "client first" mentality and special ear to captivate client's desires for an unparalleled experience. After working at Realogics Sotheby's out of Seattle, WA as a licensed broker and Director of Operations for a top-producing

team, she understands a fast-paced luxury market and the concierge service needed to ensure her clients get the home of their dreams and/or the most money for their greatest investment. Her background includes a degree in

public relations, with additional working experience in business development and marketing. When she isn't working, she loves to waterski, snow ski, be in the mountains, read, do yoga and travel.
