Zherovjan Жеровјане Zherovjane Zherovjani edhe pse ndodhet afër rrugës magjistrale Tetovë – Gostivar, përfaqëson shembull të fshatit kryesisht mërgimtarë, që duke i përcjellë mendimet e kurbetit zhvillon infrastrukturën bashkëkohore dhe kushte të volitshme jetësore. Kjo është lagje e urbanizuar me sipërfaqe të rregulluara dhe bu rime ujrash të rregulluara, me vende për bisedë, pushim dhe rekreacion. Shpirti i mërgimtarëve të këtij vendbanimi dhe kualiteti I jetesës haptazi është përqëndruar në urbanizimin dhe moderni zimin e këtij vendbanimi. Përditshmërinë e jetës në Zherovjan, qartë e vërtetojnë edhe objektet me interes të përbashkët, siç është xhamia e mirëmbajtur dhe e rregulluar, shkolla bashkekohore, posta dhe salla sportive. Por, edhe krahas kushteve të gjitha nshme për jetesë, kushtet e papërshta tshme ekonomike dhe financiare të rajonit nuk lejojnë zhvillim më të shpejtë të sektorit të biznesit privat.
Жеровјане кое иако се наоѓа до самиот магистрален пат Тетово – Гостивар, претставува пример на претежно печалбарско село, кое внесувајќи го духот на туѓината развива современа инфраструктура и посоодветни услови за живеење. Тоа е стара урбанизирана населба, со уредени јавни површини и регулирани водотеци, со катчиња за муабет, кафе и чај, со простори за одмор и релаксација. Таквиот дух на печалбарството и осознавање на квалитетот на современието на живеењето видливо е преточено во целосното урбанизирање и осовременување на ова населено место. Урбаноста и современоста на живеењето на Жеровјане, јасно ја потврдуваат и присутноста на објектите од јавен интерес, како што е модерно уредената и очувана џамија, современото училиште, експозитурата на поштата и новоизградената спортска хала. Но, и покрај сеопфатните услови за живеење, несоодветните економски и финансиски услови на регионот не дозволуваат побрз развој на притаениот бизнис сектор.
Although located along the highway Tetovo-Gostivar, Zherovjane is a typical example of a village were population mainly left abroad seeking for employment, where by letting in the spirit of the foreign countries it developed a modern infrastructure and more suitable life conditions. It is an old urban settlement, with very well kept public surfaces and regulated water currents, places where you can chat with tea or coffee, with spaces for rest and relaxation. This kind of spirit and getting acquainted with the quality of modern living is obviously directed towards overall urbanizing and modernizing of the settlement. The urban and modern way of life in Zherovjane is clearly confirmed by the presence of objects of public interest, such are the well preserved mosque arranged in a modern way, the updated school, post office and the newly built sports hall. But, despite the overall life conditions, the unfavorable economic and finance conditions of the region do not allow faster development of the business sector which still remains in the background. 86
