Circle Dancers support The Henfield Hall
The Henfield Circle Dance group recently presented a donation to The Henfield Hall Chairman, Peter Bates, towards the Whittome Hall refurbishment works. The Henfield Hall, a charity run by village volunteers for the village, will once again be participating in Henfield’s Gardens and Arts weekend in June and this year their annual quiz will be on 7 November. The Henfield Circle Dancers are a happy and friendly group who dance on Thursday mornings at the Leisure Centre between 10.15am and 12noon. We dance to music from around the world and the dances are uplifting for both the mind and body. All newcomers are very welcome. For details contact the Henfield Leisure Centre or go to www.henfieldhub.com/circle-dance-group.

A Recipe Book to celebrate St Peter’s Church anniversary Although it is not everyone’s destination on a Sunday morning, there has been a church in this village for 1,250 years. Most of us have been there for one reason or another - some happy, some sad, but St Peter’s has been there for all of us. To celebrate this momentous anniversary

in 2020, lots of activities and events are planned. With this in mind the germ of an idea was gradually developed and finally came to fruition when a book of recipes, collected from villagers and friends, was published. It contains sections to suit everyone, from starters to desserts, tastes from around the world and includes vegetarian and gluten free recipes. Many are handed down through family recipes or tried and true favourites. There is something for everyone. The book ‘Henfield Heavenly Fare’ is now available for £9.99 from the Church Office or from Ann Sayce on 01273 491850 or Maureen Dexter on 01273 494335. All proceeds towards the upkeep of our Parish Church.
