a consumo (quasi) zero Casa passiva, Classe A+, Minergie A, ZeroHaus … ci sono molti modi per nominarle e molte certificazioni per verificarle, ma potrebbero tutte essere raggruppate sotto la sigla NZEB, ovvero Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings. NZEB è semplicemente una “legge” europea che obbliga appunto tutti i paesi membri (l’Italia l’ha già recepita) a costruire edifici ad energia quasi zero dal
31 dicembre 2014, la stessa norma impone tale obbligo anche sulle ristrutturazioni importanti. L’attenzione ai consumi energetici, non solo complice la crisi, sia a livello privato che a livello pubblico è ormai un tema dominante in tutti i settori, oltre che essere un tema di discussione che ha travalicato il sua ambito specialistico per arrivare all’attenzione del grande pubblico.
