We are excited to share the latest updates on our Master Plan Over the next 18 months, we will begin a series of improvements to both the Sports Complex and Golf Course.
Starting October 1, we will begin construction on a new Sports Complex which will be situated where the tennis courts are currently located The Complex will include four new tennis courts and six new pickleball courts In addition to the new courts, a permanent structure will be built covering the pickleball courts to allow for yearround play of the Club’s fastest growing sport.
We will also install a multi-purpose Sports Court, known as the Kraken Court, where tennis court 1 is currently located This area is designed for youth play and will have a turf base that continues into the playground. The creation of the Sports Complex will allow us to expand the swimming pool’s Sand Bar for the enjoyment of all members during the summer months
In addition to the Sports Complex, we are also excited to share details about improvements for the golf course. These enhancements are scheduled to begin Labor Day 2025, with a complete re-seeding of our fairways along with an interseeding of the greens and tee areas The new grass has been tested and determined to be the best fit for Champions Run climate and soil type
While this undertaking will require a suspension of all play on the course from Labor Day 2025 to Spring 2026, it will also allow for additional large-scale improvements to the course during the same time-frame These improvements include a long awaited and necessary stabilization of the creek running from 144th Street to the lake, as well as an expansion of the lake to improve your overall playing experience.
For more details, visit our Master Plan website at www CRMasterPlan com We are thrilled to begin these exciting projects and will keep you updated on their progress. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to Champions Run!
Sincerely,

Andy Reetz CEO/General Manager
