Dear Members, As we enter 2024, our mission is to make Champions Run your preferred destination. Our motto, "play it. enjoy it. live it.," remains our daily focus. Attached is the 2024 Events Calendar, offering a diverse range of activities from fitness and swimming to golf, wine club, kids' activities, tennis, and pickleball. We appreciate you choosing Champions Run as your lifestyle.

As we start the new year, there are changes to the Board of Directors. Gratitude to outgoing members Sherri Monson, Kent Siemers, and Craig Jones for their leadership.

A warm welcome to new Board Members JJ Schenkelberg, Scott Leighton, and David Houghton, joining existing members for the upcoming year. The clubhouse will be closed from January 1-15 for maintenance, but the Fitness Center remains open to support your resolutions.

Kraken Nation, Get ready for an exhilarating year ahead as we unveil the much-anticipated Champions Run Events Calendar! Packed with a plethora of activities, sports, and community gatherings, this calendar promises to make 2024 a year to remember. As we gear up for an action-packed schedule, we encourage you to save the dates, register early, and join us in creating unforgettable memories. Events are listed on the app anywhere between 2-4 weeks prior to the event.

Mark your calendars for exciting January activities: Kids Movie Night - January 3rd at the Majestic. Drop your kids off at the Majestic (144th and Maple). The 2024 swim coaches have rented out our own private theater to see the new movie MIGRATION. More details on the APP. Pickle in the Pavilion - Book a court and play indoor pickleball January 3-11. Call or text with any questions.

Music Bingo Extravaganza - Jan 16th (Club Reopening): Kick off the year with a night of music, laughter, and prizes as we reopen the club.

Kids Dodgeball Night - Jan 25th: Join us for a kid-friendly night of junior champions showcasing their agility and teamwork.

As we gear up for an exciting year ahead, we have an important announcement to share with you. In anticipation of growing demand and to continue enhancing our club offerings, we will be adjusting our initiation fees for new memberships starting in 2024.

To ensure that your friends and family can take advantage of the current rates, we encourage you to spread the word and have them sign up for membership before January 16th, 2024. This will be their last opportunity to lock in the current initiation fees and enjoy all the exclusive privileges that come with being a member of Champions Run. Hello Champions Run Members!

Happy New Year!! I want to say thank you all for your support for the Dining Room this past year. It has been a joy serving our Weekly Specials, evolving Seasonal Dishes, and our Club Classics to you and your families in the restaurant. Our team is looking forward to creating new memories in the weeks and months to come! Here is to a fabulous 2023 and to an even better 2024! Cheers!!

To celebrate the reopening of the Clubhouse, we have Music Bingo on Tuesday, January 16th.

Bring all of your musical knowledge and join us for a night of fun! This evening will also feature our legendary Pasta Buffet, so come hungry! Be sure to make a reservation, and we will see you there!

A new year means a new line-up of wines featured in the Champions Run Wine Club! If you are a wine lover, or someone who wants to learn more about and try new wines, the Wine Club is the place for you! GOLF

Welcome to 2024! We are looking forward to a new season and having some fun at Champions Run. The Golf Shop will be closed until January 16th for inventory and deep cleaning. The staff will be attending the PGA Merchandise Show January 22nd through January 26th so we will not be on property during that week.

Golf Shop hours starting January 16th 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sunday Closed on Mondays A big thanks to all of those who came out and supported the merchandise in the Golf Shop during the Holidays. We will be busy this winter ordering all the new and fun items coming in for the spring.

Thinking about your custom logo golf ball order for 2024? We can get any ball line and have very competitive pricing. Give us a call, we can get you a quote and help you with the logo. This is a great marketing tool during the summer months for those clients who play golf. We also have a wide variety of clothing that can be used for your corporate business. Give us your logo and get the latest golf shirts, umbrellas, towels etc. all done at great prices.

This is a great time of year to have your clubs re-gripped or “winterized” and ready for spring.

We have quite a few services for your clubs to choose from and can provide a quick turnaround if needed. Give us a call or stop by to see our menu.

GOLF The golf course will be closed January and February of 2024. The course will re-open after March 1, 2024 weather and turf conditions permitting. The last few years it has been more around March 15th. Thank you for your patience during those two months and we look forward to the golf course being in great shape in the spring. If we do catch a couple nice days during those two months and you have the “itch” to play, Stone Creek Golf Course is an alternative place to play during January and February. Champions Run Golf members will not be charged a green fee (cart fee only). Please call The Golf Shop at Stone Creek to make your tee time and mention that you are a member of Champions Run. There will still be a charge for range use at Stone Creek.

Season Cart Plan Option: Check out the “Season Cart Plan” option for those who ride when playing. Please let the Golf Shop Staff know if you would like to participate in one of the two plans below. Billing for the plan will be on your March 1st statement. (No change in cart fees for 2024) Single Plan: $1,250 + tax Couples Plan: $2,000 + tax (Husband and Wife Only) (No dependents for either plan) Service Fees and Billing: Driving Range billing on April 1st – Golf - $250 / Social - $450 *Golf member mandatory / Social member optional Club Storage billing on March 1st - $150 per stall *Golf member mandatory 1 stall – waiting list for extra stalls Yearly Cart Plan billing on March 1st – Single $1,250/Couple $2,000 *Optional for Golf members Handicap Fee billing on April 1st - $42 per handicap *Optional for Golf and Social members Fore Tees/Internet tee time service billing – March 1st - $25 per membership *Golf member mandatory

The 2024 Cottonwood Classic Important Information: The sign up for the 2024 Cottonwood Classic tournament is April 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The sign up will be held at the front entrance of the club at Champions Run. The Cottonwood Classic committee has been hard at work this winter planning the best event of the year.

Please Be Aware of the following sign up rules for 2024.

If you are unable to attend that day, you can find the following person to fill in for you: ·A Golf Member who is not playing in the event ·The Golf Member cannot be a “dependent” (No children) ·Each membership is entitled to sign up two players (There must be two bodies present) ·Once you park your car at the club after signing up, you must not leave the property Entry Fee and refund information: ·Entry fee for the event will be $1,450.00/team ·Betting and players pool entry/par 3 games is not included ($250) ·NO REFUND unless we can fill your spot off the waiting list
