What is Gender Pay Gap?

The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, effective July 2021, requires employers with 150+ employees to annually publish calculations showing the average hourly pay difference between male and female employees across the organisation.

Understanding the gender pay gap is crucial, as it differs from equal pay. Equal pay ensures men and women receive the same pay for equal work, a legal obligation Blenders upholds by applying pay and rewards fairly to all, regardless of gender.
