YEAR IN REVIEW

FAITH & SERVICE • 20 days were dedicated to retreats for students, faculty, and staff to deepen their relationship with Christ and each other through prayer, faith sharing, and the sacraments. Each retreat is an essential part of students’ formation as Christians and our Talons: Faith, Integrity, Compassion, Service. • 5,388 service hours were completed by students during the shortened school year, — shy of the 10,000 service hours typically logged by Fenwick students during the full year supporting hundreds of agencies and locations. • 600 volunteers at 41 locations in 11 cities planned for 1 Day of Encounter to put their faith in action and serve the large community hoping to meet other’s needs and spread God’s love. • 25 minutes every Tuesday, students, teachers, and campus ministers gathered for Jammin’ with Jesus to share lunch, fellowship and Christian music. • 40+ student leaders facilitated retreats for underclassmen and peers to execute, lead, and share personal experiences through faith explorations. • 400 meals were packed monthly for those seeking daily sustenance at St. Vincent de Paul. Since inception, volunteers of Talon Thursday have packed and delivered an estimated 25,000+ meals.
