Letters Lisa FROM
At about this point in a year we begin to say “oh well” to our new year’s resolutions. Many people find it difficult to stick to their goals, especially when they’re big and ambitious. But what if there was a way to make it easier to achieve these big lofty goals or challenges.
That’s where the power of small wins comes in. Small wins are those little successes that you achieve along the way to a larger goal. They can be anything from walking for 5 minutes in the morning to finishing a difficult task when trying to close a big sell. Small wins are significant because they give you a sense of accomplishment. They boost your confidence and motivation, and they make it easier to stay on track to hit the big goal.
In fact, research has shown that people who focus on small wins are more likely to achieve their goals than those who don’t. Business struggles are no different. If you’re struggling to achieve your business goals, try breaking them down into smaller, more manageable steps. Focus on making small wins by using the following tips:
1. Break down big goals into smaller, more manageable tasks: Instead of focusing on a big. intimidating goal, break it down into smaller, more achievable tasks. This will make it easier to track progress and stay motivated.
2. Use small wins to build momentum: Small wins can help build momentum toward bigger goals. As you achieve more small wins, you’ll feel more confident and motivated to tackle bigger challenges.
3. Track your progress: Keep track of your progress toward your goal. This will help you see the progress you’re making, even if it’s just small steps.
4. Celebrate small wins: When you achieve a small win, take the time to celebrate and acknowledge progress. Every step you take toward your goal is progress.

At BioZyme, we always default to action to help us to take those small steps, because we believe action = growth. It is something that we have proven repeatedly at BioZyme, growing 146% over one five-year period. We have accomplished a lot of big things thanks to many of you, but it has always been the small accomplishments that have created the momentum we could sustainably continue.
In The Rise of Superman (New Harvest, 2014), Steven Kotler considers the sweet spot to be where the task is hard enough to make us stretch but not so tough that it causes us to snap, a value he ascribes numerically at four percent. This single-digit approach illustrates that a goal must be close enough that it can be achieved—but at least four percent more challenging. Four percent seems so small, but yet it is all it takes to accomplish those big goals.
THE GREAT VICTORY, WHICH APPEARS TO BE SO SIMPLE TODAY, WAS THE RESULT OF A SERIES OF SMALL VICTORIES THAT WENT UNNOTICED.

How You Can Position VitaFerm ONE
VitaFerm ONE is a mid-range mineral that offers one solution for all producers. It offers BioZyme’s key ingredient, Amaferm, a research-proven prebiotic to enhance digestibility and is formulated with research-proven organic copper and zinc for enhanced bioavailability.
Here’s what our very first VitaFerm ONE customer Craig Green from Arkansas had to say about why he was excited about purchasing this new, innovative product. Green is the Marketing Director for CDP Brangus, a collaboration of progressive Brangus breeders across the South who raise and market approximately 500 bulls across 20 states.
“Typically, we use Concept•Aid® 5/S with HEAT and other products, but this here is going to combine all the ingredients those specifics have and be at a little reduced price. So, with that said, I think it will be a hit within our market and nationwide,” Green said.

OFFERS KNOWLEDGE, REWARDS MASTER DEALER PROGRAM
Action equals growth; growth equals success. We know that you have read it, heard it and know it.
However, did you know that one of the things that your customers want to have the most from a dealer is someone who is informed about their product offering? That is why BioZyme® Inc. created the Master Dealer Program – to encourage its dealers to learn more about the BioZyme products and strengthen their overall marketing skills.
Not only will you feel more knowledgeable while talking to customers and potential customers after completing the Master Dealer training, you will also be rewarded for taking the steps needed to be declared a Master Dealer.
There are currently four levels of the training courses, and all of them can be completed online. Simply login to the Online Dealer Center and pull down to Master Dealer on the Training button on the menu bar. There you will find each of the four chapters and the videos that contain the information you need to complete the training. Once you have watched the video, there will be a brief quiz to test your knowledge. You can complete all trainings in a chapter at once, or you can finish one and come back to finish others when your schedule allows.
Once you complete Master Dealer Chapter One, your indicator on the “find a dealer” website changes to show you are a Master Dealer. This indication shows customers that you truly care about taking your business to the next level and have educated yourself about the BioZyme family of brands.
“Dealers who complete the Master Dealer Program amass knowledge about the BioZyme products. Customers can feel confident buying from them and having their questions answered correctly and in a timely manner,” said Samantha Taylor, Marketing Brand Administrator - Dealers & Backyard Boost.
These virtual training modules offer all employees at your dealership the opportunity to learn a multitude of skills from product knowledge to sales and marketing skills. Now, with four chapters, dealers can complete each level at their own pace with no waiting required. Regardless of if you are a one-person on-farm dealer or a retail business with multiple employees, we encourage everyone who comes in contact with costumers to complete the training. The more people who are trained, the more empowered with knowledge your dealership becomes.“I feel that in the last three days of going through all the training courses, I have learned so much that as a rancher myself, I was not aware of. I appreciate the opportunity to learn all this information,” said Missy Rerich, BWI Inside Sales, Schulenburg, Texas.
Did we mention that each time you complete a chapter, your dealership earns valuable Action Award Points?

ON THE ROAD BIOZYME TEAM KICKS OFF YEAR
BioZyme® Team members know the best way to reach our customers is to go where they are gathered. That is exactly how we kicked off our year. We hit four major industry events from the end of December through February:
• Cattlemen’s Congress –Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• National Western Stock Show –Denver, Colorado (NWSS)
• International Production & Processing Expo –Atlanta, Georgia (IPPE)
• Cattle Industry Convention & NCBA Trade Show – Orlando, Florida (NCBA)
While each of these events had a different feel and focus, one common theme and message was shared across each of them. Care that comes full circle is our company’s priority when it comes to providing products for our customers and their animals.
“I am thrilled to share the resounding success of our recent participation in the National Western Stock Show and National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Convention. These events provided us with invaluable opportunities to strengthen connections with our esteemed dealers and customers from across the nation, while also showcasing our latest product launch of VitaFerm® ONE,” said Angie Ruffoni, Marketing Brand Manager – VitaFerm® & Gain Smart®
Cattlemen’s Congress
We were once again grateful for the opportunity to be a premier sponsor at the Cattlemen’s Congress in Oklahoma. Although a relatively new livestock show, it is always exciting for us to support youth who show livestock, as one of our initiatives is outreach or giving back. What better way to start the year than doing just that!
National Western
In Denver, our presence was known both on the Hill with the junior exhibitors and in the Yards, where cattle producers from across the country come to showcase their top genetics. On the Hill, our team engaged with the younger generation teaching them general nutrition while creating slime to imitate the Sure Champ® Gel products.

“The kids really enjoyed working together to create their own concoction. The experience came full circle, and they were able to realize how the ingredients in our gel products can help their livestock as they created their own ‘gel’ slime,” said Jenette Masarie, ASM for Colorado, Wyoming and Utah, who helped facilitate some of the events.
“They got to create their own product names, decorate labels and put their slime in tubes. The kids loved it. I had several of them ask me if we could come back next year,” she said.
In the Yards, BioZyme team members braved subzero temperatures to promote VitaFerm and the transition of the Vita Charge® technology into either VitaFerm or Sure Champ. In its traditional tent, a Herd Health Happy Hour was hosted to promote the transition.
“At BioZyme, we pride ourselves on our commitment to care that comes full circle, and these events truly embodied that ethos. It was heartening to witness our team joining in the celebrations of our dealers and customers—whether they were showcasing their bulls in the NWSS carload show, cheering on their grandchildren in the junior show or commemorating life’s milestones,” Ruffoni said.
IPPE
IPPE is an opportunity to promote our additives globally each year while still being in the U.S. With a booth focused on AO-Biotics®, this event draws an audience of meat, poultry and egg and animal food professionals together annually. At this year’s IPPE there were:
• 31,353 registered attendees
• 133 countries
• 9,063 international guests
“IPPE is a wonderful event. We had three very good days of discussion with many international partners and potential customers in our booth, in particular, but not only U.S. and LATAM. We were able to clarify technical and commercial questions and interact at a personal level with our customers from all over the world.,” said Kathrin Rieser, Global Additive Marketing Manager.

With such a diverse and large attendance, BioZyme creates a meeting space within its booth as a place to conduct business while folks are gathered in one place for three days.
Our own Colby Dennis was also honored at IPPE. He received one of IPPE Young Leaders Under 30 Awards. Read more by scanning the QR code.

NCBA
Our team hit a hole in ONE at this year’s NCBA, as it launched our new product line VitaFerm® ONE. The booth was the location of the live announcement from Chris Cassady, Ph.D., Director of Beef Technical Sales, to our dealer network via the Facebook Dealer Group.
Additionally, booth attendees were able to try their golf swing to earn prizes as they had three chances at a hole in one, and they were signed up for a VitaFerm ONE giveaway.
“The feedback we received from our loyal customers was overwhelmingly positive, as they expressed excitement and recognized the immense value of VitaFerm ONE. This revolutionary mineral product being ‘One Solution for All Seasons,’ has resonated deeply with producers, addressing critical problem areas and empowering them to optimize their management practices, thereby enhancing their overall profitability and herd health,” Ruffoni said.
