PUT THE FLOUR AND BICARB INTO A BOWL AND RUB IN THE BUTTER. STIR IN THE SUGARS AND THE VANILLA. SPACE WELL APART ON THE PREPARED BAKING SHEET AND BAKE FOR 8 12 MINUTES AT 200°C (400°F), UNTIL SPREAD OUT AND GOLDEN REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE TRANSFERRING TO A WIRE RACK.
