Hays County is home to Reunion Ranch, an upscale suburban area in Dripping Springs developed exclusively by award-winning Austin builder, Taylor Morrison.

Located south of Austin’s Meridian neighborhood, off FM 1826 south of TX-45 and north of Nutty Brown Road, lies this gorgeous Hill Country area still close to Austin’s city limits and only 18 miles from downtown Austin.

Reunion Ranch offers traditional homes that rest on spacious lots. Many of the homes back to a greenbelt with plenty of hike and bike trails, while others offer great views of Bear Creek which weaves through the tree-filled neighborhood. Children living in Reunion Ranch are served by Dripping Springs ISD. Elementary schools include Sycamore Springs and Carpenter Hill. Middle schools are Dahlstrom Middle School and Sycamore Springs Middle School. The high schools that serve the area include Johnson High School, Dripping Springs High School, and Hays High School.

Dripping Springs has plenty of opportunities for residents to shop, eat, work, and play. While there are many well-known restaurants and shops, you’ll also find boutiques like Revel Wilde, Drippin’ Pickin’s, and Cowgirls and Lace. There are wineries and breweries interspersed among this beautiful hill country area

Just a few miles east, residents can enjoy retail and eating establishments in Escarpment Village, spend a day at Lady Bird Wildflower Center, or visit Circle C Metropolitan Park.

School Districts

Dripping Springs ISD serves the children living in Rim Rock. Children will likely attend Walnut Springs Elementary, Dripping Springs Middle School, and Dripping Springs High School. Nearby private schools include Dripping Springs Christian Academy (PK-12) and Preparatory School of Dripping Springs.
