South of Circle C Ranch is Meridian, a master planned community that began development in 2005. Built between 2006 and 2014, the European-inspired homes in Meridian rest on spacious lots and are composed of brick, stone and stucco. Averaging over 3,200 square feet in size, many homes in Meridian offer open floor plans with a gourmet kitchen, a media room, and many large native oak trees.

Amenities include a community center with a large swimming pool, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, and plenty of hike and bike trails. Bear Lake is a private lake within the community, covering more than ten acres of natural landscape and hiking trails.
