Welcome to the Neighborhood
Bouldin Creek is a fun, eclectic Austin area. Originally developed in the early 1900s, some historic homes still remain dating back to the 1920s and 1930s. The neighborhood is diverse with many cultures and backgrounds represented. Due to gentrification and its proximity to Downtown Austin, the neighborhood has changed quite a bit over time.
