ARB NEWS: It's a Busy Summer with New Members & New Builds Check out ARB Tips, Guidelines, Fees, & No-Fee Maintenance! The ARB is a busy place and that's a good thing - as we welcome new members and new home builds. While we work with builders to ensure they comply with Berkeley Hall standards, we also ask members for your help. Our goal is to maintain consistent ARB standards throughout the community. Getting ready to do some spruce-up work? Our ARB is always happy to assist! Once ARB-approved, many standard items do not incur any charges including: Repainting same color; Tree removal; New landscaping within existing beds; Changing grass; Repairs of like items (meaning no changes). Fees determined by scope of work. The ARB is available to consult at any time to determine if a fee is applicable. Due to a few cases of non-compliance, the ARB Committee and our Board of Directors approved a fine system for membership, although our preferred method involves helpful guidance on guidelines by our ARB office. The member violation fee schedule involves a 3-notice notification process to best address exterior maintenance, modifications, landscaping, signage, trash receptacles and boat/RV policies. You can find the fee schedule on the member website on the ARB page under the My Club tab. Should you have any questions, we are always here to help.
