Complimentary one-on-one orientation with Certified Personal Trainer offers comprehensive overview, how to set up weight training machines based on fitness level and height, and how to use, adjust, and set each machine.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
60-min (Up to 14 people) | Complimentary
Complimentary group fitness classes include Stretch, Pilates, Cycling, TRX, Zumba, Yoga, TPI Group Class, and Cardio-based exercise taught by Certified Fitness Instructors. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
STRETCH CLINICS
30-min | $50 - $55
Stretch Clinics start with an evaluation of flexibility and range of motion, while finding any point of tension through the body. A Certified Personal Trainer guides you through manual stretching along with Theragun massage, and offers a list of specific stretches for trouble areas, and ease of movement.
PRIVATE PILATES – SINGLE AND PARTNER
30-min or 60-min | $35 - $75
Private Pilates is resistance training, with a focus on developing core strength, stability, and balance. It takes place on the reformer, stability chair, and/or ladder barre. Beginners start with connecting neutral cervical spine and shoulder girdle, and pelvic stability, using breathing techniques and abdominal engagement. Pilates consists of smaller movements, and then moves on to larger muscle groups. It is fun, mindful movement that improves other athletic activities over time with increased muscular balance, strength, flexibility and endurance.
Fitness training with a Certified Personal Trainer, customized specifically to help individuals meet their goals while offering guidance and motivation, assessing proper technique, monitoring progress, and providing accountability – a powerful motivator! Workout plans are based on specific goals, fitness levels, limitations, and individually adjusted as needed over time.
TPI EVALUATION
60-min | $150
A physical assessment, which draws upon Functional Movement Systems (FMS) principles to help golfers identify any limitations to their game and provide ways to improve performance. All ages and abilities are welcome. The hour-assessment analyzes mobility, flexibility, strength, and power. Once the screen is finished, results are used to create a tailored plan for that golfer to reduce risk of injury and improve swing distance.
SWIM LESSONS – SINGLE AND PARTNER
30-min or 60-min | $30 - $75
Lessons designed to improve one’s comfort level with swimming technique and/or strokes. All ages and swim backgrounds are welcome. The indoor pool is year-round while outdoor pool is seasonal.
RIVER PARK EXCURSIONS
90-min (Up to 5 people) | $25 - $75
Private excursion on the Okatie River to explore, adventure, and see wildlife throughout different sections of the waterway. Participants can choose between using a paddleboard (must be 14 or older) or kayaking. Scheduling is seasonal, subject to weather conditions. Pricing varies based on the number of participants.
Prices vary based on service duration and provider. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all personal training services. Any appointment not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
