Call From The Heart Faculty and staff are the heartbeat of a TBS education. Let’s show our wonderful community of educators how WILD we are about them and the role they play in our children’s lives. Contributions to this year’s Call From The Heart (CFTH) will be distributed evenly among all full-time faculty and staff as a special onetime inflationary bonus in recognition of their hard work and commitment to our school. Part-time faculty and staff that work the full academic year and head coaches will also receive a partial bonus. Bonuses will be paid this spring. A percentage of the donations to CFTH will also be used to refurbish the Lower School Faculty Lounge to create a warm and inviting place for our teachers to unwind and recharge. The lounges in all three divisions will also be thoughtfully stocked with special “First Day of School” treats at the start of the 20242025 academic year. Undeniably, Benjamin faculty and staff are incredible educators who devote extra time and care to nurturing your child’s growth each day. Your contribution to this year’s Call From The Heart will show your love and gratitude to our outstanding teachers, administrators, and staff members.
