Belfair's Wild Wild West

Welcome to the 2023 Ladies Member-Member Tournament. On behalf of the Professional Staff, we are pleased to have you join us for this special Club Event. It is our hope, along with our Golf Staff, that you thoroughly enjoy your tournament experience as well as the camaraderie of your fellow Members.
As you will find in the Schedule of Events, we have a full field par 3 contest kicking off the festivities. Although the main focus will be on golf, you will also be treated to culinary delights as well as warm hospitality and service from the Food and Beverage Team.
Thank you to our Committee Members; Geri O'Brien & Jill Bronsky for all of their hard work in putting together all of the details for this event!
Again, on behalf of the entire Belfair Staff, we wish you the best of luck throughout the competition, but most importantly, an enjoyable and memorable Member-Member experience.
Sincerely,

Two-Person teams will be pre flighted based on the combined USGA Handicap Index of the partners.
The competition will be played in two formats, consisting of a Pinehurst on the East Course and a Better Ball of Partners on the West Course. A Gross and Net Overall score from any flight will be recognized as the 2023 Ladies Member-Member Champion.
All players are required to have an attested USGA Handicap Index. If a player has more than one registered index, the lowest will be used. In the Pinehurst format the team will receive a East Course Handicap equal to 60% of the Low Player and 40% of the High Player. In the Better Ball of Partners format, each player will receive 85% of their West Course Handicap.
Handicap Indexes were taken from April 24th. All handicaps listed in the tournament booklet are from the Forward Tee markers.
In the event of a tie for the Overall Championship a chip-off will determine the winner. For 1st or 2nd place within each flight, the tie will be broken by the final day team score. If a tie still exists, a scorecard playoff will be used starting with back 9 total, then last 6, last 3 and then hole by hole starting at #18 and regressing.
Credit Book will be awarded to the Overall Net and Gross Champion as well as Flight Winners and Flight Runner-Ups, each Par 3 Winning Team, Closest to the Pin Winners as well as Aces Only Winners of the 2023 Member-Member Tournament.
