Community Memories!

Dear Readers,

When we gather together, we create shared experiences that weave the fabric of our community. From family picnics and birthday parties to athletics and special events, these moments enrich our lives and build bonds that last a lifetime.

One of the greatest benefits that Franklin County Parks and Recreation offers is the sense of community it fosters. In an age where digital connections often replace face-to-face interactions, our activities and parks offer a refreshing return to personal connections. Here, neighbors become friends, and families forge deeper connections, creating a supportive network that enhances our collective well-being.

After all, the best memories are made when we are together, enjoying the people and places right here in Franklin County.

I want to encourage you to take full advantage of the diverse offerings provided by Franklin County Parks and Recreation.

Whether it’s participating in a special event, volunteering to coach a team, or simply taking a stroll through a park, your involvement helps strengthen our community bonds.

Let’s come together to make more memories, celebrate our shared spaces, and continue building a vibrant, connected community. After all, the best memories are made when we are together, enjoying the people and places right here in Franklin County.

The format will be a 1-hour training session — 30 minutes of training and 30 minutes of play. Players should wear shin guards and indoor soccer or running shoes. Bring a water bottle.
