Bakels Ruby Truffle
Mix all ingredients with a whisk for 1 minute on low speed and 2 minutes on high speed.
Bake at 160°C for about 45-50 minutes.
Filling and decoration:
Whisk together the powder and water for the custard for about 4 minutes.
Whip the cream.
Divide the bottom into 3 parts.
Spread Les Fruits Raspberry on the first part. Spread vanilla cream on the second part and whipped cream on top of the vanilla cream.
Put the last piece on top and shape the cake.
Roll the sugar paste to 3 mm and cover the cake. Melt Ruby Truffle and pour over the sugar paste. Decorate as desired.
Fruit and Strawberry Cake

Canned cocktail fruits
Bakels Chockex Premium Dark
Mix all ingredients with a whisk for 1 minute on low speed and 2 minutes on the high speed.
Bake at 160°C for about 45-50 minutes.
Filling and decoration:
Vanilla custard: whisk powder and water together for about 4 minutes.
Strawberry filling: whip the cream and add melted Truffle With Strawberry Flavour.
Divide the bottom into 3 parts.
Spread Les Fruits Strawberry on the first part. Spread vanilla custard on the second part, pour over the cocktail fruits and then add the strawberry filling on top.
Add the last part and cover the whole cake with strawberry filling.
Decorate as desired with Chockex Premium Dark.

Mix all ingredients with a whisk for 1 minute on low speed and 2 minutes on high speed.
Bake at 160°C for about 45-50 minutes.

Whisk the butter until fluffy and add the rest of the ingredients for the mocha filling.
Divide the bottom into 3 parts.
Spread Les Fruits Blueberry on the first part.
Whisk the Dark Truffle until fluffy and spread on the second part.
Put the last part on top and decorate with mocha cream and Chockex Premium Dark.

Mocha Cake with meringue
Bakels Chockex Premium Dark
Whisk the water and Actiwhite and let stand for at least 10 minutes. Whisk the Actiwhite mix with 500 g sugar. Whisk until slightly fluffy. Carefully add the remaining sugar.
Bake at 100°C for about 120 minutes. The recipe gives around 20 meringue bottoms. Brush the bottoms with melted Chockex Premium Dark.
Filling and decoration:
Whisk the butter until fluffy and add the rest of the ingredients for the mocha filling.
Pipe the mocha cream on the first bottom, put it on the next bottom and repeat.
Decorate as desired with Chockex Premium Dark.
