Customised ingredient support and recipe optimisation

To address these specific needs, we combined our expertise in recipe optimisation with our functional and value-adding technical ingredients. We worked to refine several of their recipes in parallel, and incorporated the following ingredients to improve product quality and the technical cake design.

Aromatic Dorothy – A multifunctional technical ingredient that enhances texture, contributing to long-lasting softness and freshness, improving the eating experience.

Aromatic Colco – An emulsifier that provides whipping power and a nice volume and texture, which enhances the appearance and eating experience.

Aromatic Aroflave Vanilla – A high-quality preservative with vanilla flavouring that prolongs the shelf-life of the final application.

Aromatic Chocolate Flavour with Colour – A combo product that provides the baked goods with both colour and flavour.

With our extensive on-site technical support, we were present during the production trials to ensure that the customer received the guidance and support necessary to implement these changes smoothly with the functional benefits they needed.
