GOD KNOWS IT ALL: LESSONS IN THE DELAYS The Bible says in Romans 8:28, that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose.

For those who truly know me, they understand WHY Romans 8:28 is my favorite scripture and why this scripture has proven to be THE TRUTH within my own life and within every situation that I have faced.

God Knows It All, even when others are outside trying to look in.

When we go through things in life, it will either break us or show us how strong we really are.

We must remember that GOD makes NO MISTAKES and that He knows the TRUTH and the DESIRES of every man, woman, boy, and girl's heart. I am truly grateful for those who have authentically kept me lifted up in PRAYER and those who have sowed into my life spiritually and financially!

Who is Sandrian Nelson-Moon and give us three words that describe you and why?

What type of audience are you looking to reach from your book RESTORED?

I am a catalyst for change, an Amazon bestselling author, and an abduction, sexual trauma, mental health, and suicide survivor. I would say I am, an author of sublime depth and emotion. A 6-time award-winning elected community official, Transformational Speaker, Business & Life Coach, and change agent.

The book is written with mostly women ages 15- older in mind. I am open to others' reading as well, however, I found as a young woman, I didn’t have a place to go for resources to help me so I decided to aim the book toward readers who know someone who’s hiding pain, mental, physical, sexual and that could be any age group honestly.

The three words that describe me are Tenacious, Unapologetic, and Appointed.

I make no apologies for the journey God has embarked on me and the lessons learned or where He is taking me, instead I have completely accepted the call and I move forward in faith every step of the way fulfilling my purpose.

What was your process like in writing this book and did God show you the importance of you completing this project?

The process was hard. There were moments I wrote and the words just came, at other intervals I honestly cried as I wrote or just didn’t know what to say. It was heavy to write because as I wrote I walked through the details.

What type of audience are you looking to reach from your book RESTORED? it’s a tear-jerker. I would describe my book as a blessed tool filled with helpful strategies laid out to guide a victim with my life’s example as a road map through their own struggles. It has places to write and think. I call those life application principles in the book. You get to detail and walk with me as you read but discuss your feelings at the same time. It’s a strategic opportunity to address your own past. It’s therapeutic, it’s authentic and it’s mind-blowing.

Details I haven’t visited in years. Writing this book was dropped in my spirit years ago and I was not ready back then, somehow a Prophetess prophesied about it to me and as I wrote, God began to unveil the importance of the book and ministry He called me to lead. It was never for me, although it closed the chapter on loads of things from my past as if to show me the healing that took place on the journey but He used this book to speak to who He had called me to be and to understand that the trials were purpose driven.

How would you describe your book RESTORED: A JOURNEY FROM ABUSE to DELIVERANCE? I call it a ministry. My book is stocked with eye-opening, heart-crushing truth in detail.

Your book is loaded with so many powerful and life-changing quotes that really will cause one to stop for a moment and re-read over and over again so that it will get into one's spirit; for instance, you stated in your book, which was the main theme of the book to me, that "Healing is Never Final, it's Continual!" That is so true and how would you explain that to someone who may believe differently?

Well healing is a process, some days you’ll be ok other days it will hurt like it’s fresh. We can always feel we have overcome things but when trauma victims encounter a situation, we find our mental state most times retract back if triggered to the space in our minds that we were in when the event happened.

has a purpose, how you have to face trials to be a testimony to His glory!

Do you have a favorite section in the book that you like the most and if so, which section and why?

My favorite part of the book is section 2 (My Innocence). As hard as this section was, it was transformational speaking about the details of my trauma from abduction to suicidal behaviors. As I pour out my pain through words on the pages,I somehow realized that even with every ounce of pain, God was revealing to me I was chosen and He had already prepared me for the journey. It renewed my faith in my own abilities to overcome.

You also stated in your book that "hiding our hurt" is not something that we're born to do, and in knowing that, what impact are you believing God, that this book will have on the lives of others, as you become totally transparent about not hiding your own hurt?

No one is born to just hide who they really are inside but trauma victims do so out of fear that who they are is unclean, filthy, and unworthy of love. I was born to shine and so is everyone else. The impact I believe God will use this book to have is to allow others who have walked similar paths to see my life and what he’s done and believe the same or even better is possible for them as well. I believe He will use my story as an example of His never-ending love and coverage, of how pain

Last but not least, what type of legacy are you planning on leaving behind within the realm of your literary works and/or ministry?

I hope to leave a legacy built around saving lives in the physical and spiritual.

I hope to do continual ministering, nonprofit, legal & humanitarian work worldwide through my organizations and others and help victims find their footing. I plan to open facilities that will serve to aid mental, physical, and trauma victims by giving them resources and care in one location.

Do you have any closing words of wisdom that you would like to leave for our readers?

it would be that you can never create change within if you don’t believe you can.

God has given you the strength to overcome any obstacle or trial you will ever endure so hang on, let go and let God. He has already laid the foundation and He is waiting on you to respond. You need to believe to function. To stop existing but instead, live every day with a healthy mind, body, and soul, that is Signed Sealed, and Delivered by Him.

"She Made a Vow to God that She Would Surrender to His Will" Author Linda Cochran is a mother to a 21year-old daughter, a grandmother to one granddaughter, a hard worker, an author, a prayer warrior, a servant, and most of all, a Child of God. Cochran is a Flint, Michigan native, and she currently lives on the West coast. She is a woman on a mission to keep her vows unto the Lord and carry out the plans of God’s Will for her life.

Her spirit of compassion radiated to me even during this interview and the words she gave me to describe herself as a person, which fit her well.

She is a kind person who seems to want to make sure that she is kind to others when they are down because she knows what it’s like to be down. She understands what it means to be a loving vessel because we serve a loving God; the giver in her resonates because she is one who likes to help those who are homeless in ways that God allows her to do. It is obvious that Cochran understands the meaning of do

unto others as we want them to do unto you!

Cochran has a ministry called Kingdom Appointed Outreach, (KAO), and the mission of her ministry, is to help the community, empower, uplift, provide, and meet the needs of the less fortunate while being a witness and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. KAO provides food, clothes, toiletries, and sometimes monetary gifts.

She started this ministry in 2021 out of her own pocket then later turned KAO into a non-profit organization.

Cochran was inspired to start KAO in 2018 after her encounter with God, it was during a dark time in her life. She felt hopeless and helpless, but God was there for her and healed her. God spoke to her concerning His will for her life. She made a vow to God that she would surrender to His will and help the less fortunate. A few bumps in the road occurred but she was determined to beat all the odds against her. She was ready to serve the Lord wholeheartedly.

She wants women to tap into their inner strength and really begin to love themselves.

Twanna Monique Jackson Adams is a wife, mother, grandmother and a believer of God.

What are three words that describe you as a person and why?

The three words that describe me as a person and why, would be nurturing, reserved, and very transparent.

I am a nurturing person because I love to care for people; I am a reserved person because I am not one who is an attention seeker; and I am one who is very transparent because I believe that honesty is the best policy that you can have in your life.

What was your upbringing like?

I would have to say that many people had high hopes for me while I was growing up and as time went on, at the age of seven, my mom became addicted to the drugs that she was selling.

I would describe it as “The Story about a little girl overcoming every obstacle.”

Most people in the Body of Christ do not know what it really looks like, feels like, and what it’s like to FORGIVE OTHERS who have wronged them!

Define the word Forgiveness from your perspective.

The word forgiveness from my perspective, would be defined as no longer crying about the pain that use-to-be.

What are you planning on leaving behind as your legacy?

I plan on leaving behind the rights to my books, to my granddaughter Nevaeh Gabrielle Adams.

Who is Angie Wynn?

Angie Wynn is a woman of patience, love, and faith in the Most High God and one who has been on a journey for the love of her Heavenly Father intimately within her life.

How Angie Wynn can be described as a person.

She is a first-born child and if you tell her that she can not do something, she will definitely try. She is one who is very passionate about TRUTH and the things that she believes in, and one who receives revelation by the Word of God. She is very loving and nurturing and has been described as an introvert.

She really LOVE PEOPLE and in her intimacy with God, He has given her His HEART! She understands the fragility of Humanity and our NEED for a Savior.

Angie Wynn: A Proverbs 31: 25 Woman Where were you born and what was your upbringing like?

Wynn was born in Harlem, New York in Harlem Hospital and she was born to a single mom, unfortunately, Wynn’s greatgrandmother took her mother to the back woods abortionist twice, to end her life while she was in her mother’s womb, but GOD said NOT SO! By the grace of God, from the first attempt of the abortion with a coat hanger, the abortionist DID NOT SUCCEED; the second time, the abortionist told Wynn’s great-grandmother, not to bring her mother back because she would not only kill the baby but she would also kill Wynn’s mother.

So when those two things did not work, Wynn’s great-grandmother began to serve her mother alcohol and hot toddy’s so she would spontaneously abort but SHE DID NOT and Wynn arrived into the world weighing 10 pounds and 14 ounces!

She was a very bitter woman but Wynn’s way out was education as she focused on learning and ended up graduating at the age of 17 as the saluatorian of her class.

Tell us about your business and/ or ministry Wynn’s primary career is as a physical therapist but she went back to school in 2007 to get her Master’s degree to become a Christian Counselor. She understands that people are so broken that there are layers that must come off to be healed and delivered! Many times within our careers, there is a connection to the ministry that God is calling us to. We must be in a position to answer the call and to serve as God has sent us to do so.

When our lives are in TRANSITION, is when we tend to have the most trouble!

What would you like to see happen within the Body of Christ?

I would like to see the Body of Christ develop more understanding to be available amongst each other because normally when our lives are in transition, is when we tend to have the most trouble!

We need to be mindful of how we treat others but most of all, be able to extend grace to our brothers and sisters as God extends GRACE to us as His children.

Having the strength and dignity to go forward in life without walking in fear of your future, is an essential thing to walk in within the life of every believer!

Wilson is originally from Chatanooga, Tennessee. She is a wife, daughter, businesswoman, author, and purpose coach but most of all, a daughter of the Most High God. She comes from a very familyoriented home; being the only child between her mom and dad.

it’s a book that she was inspired to write when she started her writing journey in 2018.

I was adamant about asking the question, are we training our children up for religion or relationship with the Lord?

Wilson says that she wants to see more millennials coming to Christ and that the approach that she would use to do so, would be partnering with the older generation so that they can learn from each other!

She is a true believer that we can lead the millennials to Christ, but they must still come to the understanding of Philippians 2:12, which says, wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. (KJV).

Wilson believes that it’s important not just for the millennials to know the miracles of God, but for them to KNOW THE GOD OF THE MIRACLES! The Elect Lady Mag | 24

acena Mason is an amazing woman of determination and one who has soared to higher heights because of her faith.

Mason was born in Maryland and she is the only child. She has always been seen to be a goal-setter and one who reaches every goal that she sets out to reach.

She loves to set goals for herself, as she believes that writing goals down are very important and most of all, after writing down her goals, she PRAYS OVER THEM! Mason can be described as being caring, faithful, and loving. When she was asked who or what inspired her to write, she immediately said that it was GOD Himself!

In her newly released book, A Struggle Equals Goals, she wants people to NOT give up on a child with a disability, for they maybe slower with their responses but they are still able and capable human beings.

Mason has had her struggles with epilepsy since she was a baby and her seizures VOLUME 6, ISSUE 1- 2023

started at the age of six months old, all the way up until the age of 50.

On July 19, 2005, Macena had a brain surgery at the age of 32.

She said during that time, she asked GOD to heal her by the time she turned 50 and HE DID! Macena’s seizures came from the upper left portion of her brain; it’s the area where you make many of your decisions from. She dealt with depression as well and over time, her seizures came from the depression that she endured.

What she wants others to know, is that anything is possible when you believe and TRUST in GOD because He is the only ONE that can cause you to soar like an eagle in Him. “Many times in life people tend to judge what they don’t understand but I ask that they take a look at every situation and be grateful to GOD for wisdom and understanding.”

Mason is expecting to write at least a total of 10 more books and as she sets her goals to do so, she knows that with the help of the Lord’s strength, she will accomplish what she sets her mind to do, for she is one who clearly understands that excuses are not acceptable because A STRUGGLE EQUALS GOALS!

Who is Denise Lord?

Denise Lord is a woman who is on a mission to get people healthy. She is a 47-year-old retired law enforcement professional. She is originally from Brooklyn, New York but her family is West Indian; her dad is from Belize and her mom is from Guyana.

She was raised in a West Indian household and a lot of her knowledge came from being raised around herbs and learning about them.

What inspired you to study herbs and how did your business come about? it all started as a personal journey about three years ago when Denise was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes runs rampant on both sides of my family.

It was something to be concerned about and coming from a West Indian background, I found it very difficult to change the way I was eating. I began to feel lost; coming up with meals, I just wanted to throw my hands up. My mom kept telling me Denise, you need to drink Cerasee, which is a very bitter herb.

Clarissa Rhinehart I fought it for years because I just did not want to drink it. My A1C got really high at the level of 13.8 I had to do something and I knew I had to do something quickly, so at night, I started drinking the Cerasee and I would gulp it down and I would notice in the morning that my numbers would be good! To drink the Cerasee was torture for me, so I began to research to see if there was a pill that I could take; I could not find it but I found the tea grain to take. Eventually, my A1C began to come down.

God has put herbs here to help us and along with the diligence and right research, He can bring us to what we need to get healthy and to stay healthy.

All of my products are in capsule form that I create.

The process in researching these herbs is, that I am my own guinea pig. I first like to see what the product will do for me; it’s about being a product of the product.

What do you want others to know about natural medicine?

I want folks to know that God gave us a way out and that we need to pray and ask God for His guidance in taking care of ourselves for our health and well-being.

The Bible says we have not because we ask not and I do believe that when we seek GOD for the answers, He can definitely release them. I think about my mom being my greatest inspiration because I get my courage from her to keep going as I grow in knowledge and wisdom of what I need to know.

Where do you see your business headed in the next three years?

I see my business headed for success and even now, God has been blessing me while allowing me to help others get healthy.

Do you believe that people need to become more serious about their health than relying on a doctor and if so, why?

Yes, they do need to become more serious about their health. We need to be consistent in taking care of ourselves and if no man has ever hated himself, then we need to learn how to INVEST in ourselves when it comes to our health and not become dependent on doctors. We need to be led by GOD in everything that we do and how He wants it done.

Cerasee and Cinnamon by Denise Lord

Cerasee and Cinnamon was the first product on my roster of 14 products at Wisdom 4 Health. Cerasee and Cinnamon is a bitter herb known in the Caribbean to cure the common cold, used as a detox to remove worms and bacteria from the body, but most importantly, it is known to help manage diabetes and high blood pressure while lowering cholesterol levels.

Approximately four years ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes after experiencing a medical emergency on the job. My blood sugar at the time was over 600 and I was placed on Insulin and gave myself a shot three times a day. I was overweight, discouraged and so very disappointed in myself as it was well known that diabetes ran in my family on both sides.

Giving myself insulin shots for over three years, three times a day, became taxing. My mother would always tell me that I needed to drink Cerasee tea to get my blood sugar down but it was so bitter. After learning that my A1C had risen to 13.8 and I was being threatened by my Doctor to be admitted to the hospital to force my numbers down, I succumbed to the request of drinking the Cerasee tea as my only option. What I learned was that after a day of eating bad, I would boil the Cerasee tea for approximately 15 minutes, let it steep, and I would drink it without any sugar or lemon for taste… just plain. It was torture, but it worked. It would bring my numbers down to a level that would keep me out of the hospital.

After forcing myself to drink the Cerasee Tea for months, I decided to search for a better way but could find none. After much prayer and supplication, I believe the Holy Spirit led me to look up how to put it in a capsule for ingestion. I then attended YouTube University and learned how to capsulize powders. I was my own Guinea pig. I took the capsules for approximately a month and a half and my A1C was lowered to 11.6, after another month, it went down to 10.5

This walk has not been easy but it has been so worth it, as I’ve been able to share these natural remedies with friends and new customers who are also experiencing the same results, some even better results.

Today, due to my consistency of taking the Cerasee and Cinnamon capsules, I am no longer on Insulin, my A1C is at a shocking 6.9 and my weight is down approximately 25 pounds.
