It is precisely in order to improve knowledge and relations in some strategic supply chains that two events were organised on some specific productions that are typical of a given territory. The two conferences on the durum wheat supply chain - the first held in Sicily, in Catania, on 27 April, and the second in the Marche region, in Loreto, on 5 June - are part of a programme that started in early 2023 and will continue next year with the aim of providing structures and industry players with information and food for thought that can be helpful in a delicate and changing historical moment like the one of recent years.
