Sidebars PATRIOTS WEEK Ave Maria School of Law and the Veterans Law Student Association continue to honor our veterans in remembrance of 9/11 during our school’s Patriots Week through events including a JAG Panel Presentation, Veteran Pinning Ceremony, speaker presentations, and a very moving 9/11 Memorial Ceremony. This year’s virtual JAG panel included presentations from Captain Brittany Gunter from the U.S. Army, Captain Alejandro Dieguez from the U.S. Air Force, and Lieutenant John Wilson from the U.S. Navy. FIFTH ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC Our Student Bar Association hosted its 5th Annual Ave Maria School of Law Golf Classic at Vanderbilt Country Club. This is always a nice way to bring our community together with a little sports competition. Professor Myers impressed us all with a hole in one.
