A FULL SCHOLARSHIP AND LIVING STIPEND TO LAW SCHOOL COULD BE YOURS! Ave Maria School of Law is proud of its Cardinal Newman Scholarship Program. If you have an LSAT score of at least 154 and a minimum GPA of 3.4, you could qualify if you meet one of the following additional criteria: • Graduate of a Catholic college or university, or a Cardinal Newman Guide approved school • Graduate of any accredited college or university and you were an active member of a Newman Center or Catholic Student Center • Served as FOCUS missionary • Member of a Catholic parish supporting the universities in the greater Ann Arbor, MI area Cardinal Newman Scholarship recipients with an LSAT score of 154-155 will also receive a one-time $5,000 stipend, and those with an LSAT score of 156 and above will receive a one-time $10,000 stipend towards living expenses incurred during their first year at Ave Maria Law. Eligibility for the stipend is dependent on the candidate’s highest official LSAT score.

Ave Maria Law will host its Cardinal Newman Pre-Law Academy for upperclassmen and recent graduates seeking a vocation in law inspired by the Catholic intellectual tradition and the natural law. This intensive three-day program will engage participants in active learning through classroom and experiential offerings and enriching spiritual activities.
