INTRODUCING THE

Avantgarde Properties has partnered with technology companies to be the first Vienna real estate agency that offers property viewings using virtual reality glasses. Here is how it works: First, the properties are scanned with the latest available 3D camera technology and then virtually reconstructed. The prospective buyer puts on a headset and immerses into the virtual premises. The headset is fitted with a sensor monitoring head movements in order to adapt the line of vision and allow the user to look around freely in every direction. A joypad is used to control movement and walk through the rooms. The ground-breaking technology is available now in the Avantgarde Showroom at Graben 26, 1010 Vienna.

“Quality of life makes people love where they reside.” The title was bestowed by the international human resource consulting company Mercer. The Austrian capital beat out the over 450 other world cities surveyed, scoring top marks for its political and economic stability, harmonious social environment, educational opportunities, advanced infrastructure, medical care, safety, and well-organized public services. Vienna is also a model city when it comes to environmental conditions. More than half of the metropolitan area is made up of green space – tree-lined boulevards, parks and gardens enrich the cityscape and offer plenty of recreational activities.
