UK CONSTRUCTION SECTOR Launched in collaboration with industry development partner the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), to address modern slavery in the construction sector. This sector-specific programme continues to grow. In this programme, businesses across the supply chain are supported in taking action to mitigate modern slavery within their own operations, with their sub-contractors and suppliers, their labour providers, their service providers and beyond. SOUTH AFRICA Delivered in partnership with local partners the Wine and Agricultural Ethical Trade Association (WIETA) and the Sustainability Initiative of South Africa (SIZA), the programme facilitates dialogue between South African agri-businesses, national and international retailers and importers, and other key stakeholders to address forced labour in agri-businesses in South Africa.
