Yields are intentionally kept low, and fruit is picked at the peak of ripeness. Vines are tended sustainably and naturally, without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. Only about 5,000 cases are bottled each year between nine different cuvees. carefully curated vintages are a connoisseur’s dream! Wines come packed in a 6-bottle insulated carrier along with tasting and technical notes.
