All lots sold “as is” and the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina does not make any express or implied warranties or assumptions of liability or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property.

The highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the Winning Bidder. The Auctioneer has the express right to reject any bid and, in the event of a dispute between bidders, to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the property in dispute.

Successful bidders need to pay for their lot(s) at the close of the event. Lot(s) cannot be released unless paid in full. For group bidding, each person/party must provide their payment in order to receive a charitable donation tax letter.

Successful bidders shall present to the Cashier their bidder number when checking out. Accepted forms of payments: cash, check made payable to the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, or credit card.

Trips or events comprising all or part of an auction lot shall, unless otherwise specified, be subject to convenient scheduling by the lot donor(s) and the successful bidder(s).

Bidders are advised that gratuities are not included for services within an auction lot. All accommodations are subject to availability at the time reservations are made and some restrictions may apply.

Laura Bell Bundy, Marissa Jaret Winokur, and Kerry Butler created the roles of Amber Von Tussle, Tracy Turnblad, and Penny Pingleton (respectively) in Best Musical winner Hairspray. Since then, all three have become fixtures of the stage and screen, starring in such titles as Beetlejuice, Mean Girls , Legally Blonde , and more. In their new show, performed in its entirety at the Arts Center tonight, the trio will cover songs from Hairspray along with new mashups and medleys, parodies, and more in a night filled with all the sparkle and joy of a Broadway musical.

GET TO KNOW

Kerry Butler is a Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Drama League Award nominee. She first dreamed of being an actress when she was 9 years old and saw Annie. Since then she has been in twelve Broadway shows.

Some of her favorite roles include Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Penny in Hairspray, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, and Kira in Xanadu which earned her a Tony nomination. Most recently Kerry appeared in Mean Girls and Beetlejuice.

Kerry has also crossed over into film and television with roles in The Miseducation of Cameron Post, Honor Society, 30 Rock, Gilmore Girls Reunion, Law & Order: SVU, and The Mindy Project

Kerry loves working with children and young adults, and feels very privileged to pass on all she has learned.

Laura Bell Bundy has originated the stage roles of Amber in Broadway’s Hairspray, Tina in Ruthless (Outer Critics/ Drama Desk Nominations), Elle Woods in Legally Blonde The Musical (Tony Nomination), played Glinda in Wicked and recently received an Ovation nomination for her role of Charity in Reprise 2.0’s Sweet Charity.

She’s appeared in over 100 hundred episodes of Television including roles on Perfect Harmony, Good Behavior, How I Met Your Mother, and others. Films include Dream Girls, Jumanji, Life With Mikey, and the award-winning Beauty Mark among others.

Laura Bell has toured in concerts worldwide since 2010. She’s penned hundreds of songs as an EMI/Sony songwriter (2009-2016) including her Universal Records album, “Achin’ & Shakin’” which debuted on Billboard’s Top 5 Country Music Chart, and has a gold record in Norway. She was nominated for CMT Breakout Video for Giddy On Up. Her Big Machine album “Another Piece Of Me” received rave reviews in 2015 with all four music videos written, directed, & produced by Bundy.

In 2018, Laura Bell wrote and directed music/comedy videos for a Barefoot Wine campaign featuring Anna Ferris, Tituss Burgess, Cecily Strong, Chrissie Fit, and Yvonne Orji. Laura Bell was the director/creator of Double Standards at The Town Hall, a sold-out concert for the advancement of women featuring Broadway stars, comedians, and pop artists including Sara Bareilles and Rosie O’Donnell. Double Standards was later founded as a charitable organization to benefit and empower women.

Laura Bell is the creator, composer and lyricist for Netflix’s “Mashville”. She is recently developed ‘Girl Time’ — a women’s history sketch comedy show for Free Form as creator, writer and executive producer.

Marissa Jaret Winokur won the 2003 Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical, Drama Desk Award, Theatre World Award, and Outer Critics Circle Award for her performance in Hairspray . She had previously appeared on Broadway as “Pink Lady Jan” in the revival of Grease

Winokur has also played roles in films such as American Beauty, Never Been Kissed, Teaching Mrs. Tingle, Scary Movie, Beautiful Girl (for ABC Family), Fever Pitch and on season six of Dancing with the Stars.

Winokur co-stared on the TV series Stacked, which starred Pamela Anderson. She also appeared on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where she lost a physical fight with Larry David over the first appointment at a doctor’s office. She was called Marissa Winokur in the episode, but was credited simply as Woman In Elevator.

She is set to star in a new comedy pilot for CBS titled Fugly from the creator of My Name Is Earl.

Andrew Byrne is a voice teacher, vocal coach, composer, performer and music director. He is the creator of The Singing AthleteTM, a training program that applies functional neuroscience and athletic training to the voice studio. Andrew was twice named one of the “Favorite Vocal Coaches” in NYC Backstage Reader’s Choice Awards, and is also a frequent contributor to their experts column. In the past few seasons, his students have been seen in many top Broadway shows.

Andrew was the singing coach for The Real Thing, starring Ewan MacGregor, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Cynthia Nixon, and The Bridge Project , directed by Academy Award winner Sam Mendes. His Broadway and offBroadway conducting/keyboard credits include Les Misérables, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change and A Class Act. He has music-directed projects for such companies as Sundance Theatre Lab, The York Theater, Primary Stages and the New York Musical Theater Festival.

Andrew has served on guest faculty at the University of Michigan’s musical theater department. He was also on the faculty of the School of Fine Arts at Boston University, holding positions in both the music and theater departments.
