Endorsed Vendor Offers Bank IT Services “Arkansas bankers are in an era of innovation in the way we provide value to our clients,” according to Barry Jackson, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Arkansas Bankers Association. “At the same time, we face an increasing regulatory burden.” Seeking to provide guidance to its members about technology best practices, the ABA has endorsed NetGain Technologies to provide managed I.T. services to the state’s community banks. “Our banks will benefit by having a trusted partner to help make technology more efficient and to improve our clients’ experience,” said Jackson. “We are excited to announce this partnership as we welcome NetGain to the ABA Endorsed Vendor group.” The endorsement builds on the relationship the ABA has had with NetGain Technologies since 2014. NetGain is uniquely qualified to work with banks in the region as an active member of banking associations throughout the company’s large regional footprint. The ABA joins the Kentucky Bankers Association, the Community Bankers of Michigan, and the Community Bankers Association of Ohio in endorsing NetGain’s Technology OneSource managed services to their members. Additionally, NetGain is a member of the Missouri Bankers Association, the Alabama Bankers Association, the Tennessee Bankers Association, the Indiana Bankers Association, the Ohio Bankers League, the Community Bankers of West Virginia, and the Bluegrass Community Bankers Association. Technology OneSource is a managed information technology service for

the financial and other professional industries. NetGain Technologies serves as the full-time I.T. department of banks across Arkansas and the Southeast region. The customized solution encompasses 24x7 network monitoring, on-site support and maintenance, software updates, and around-the-clock help desk services provided by a team of U.S.-based remote support engineers and Arkansas-based field engineers. Technology OneSource offers a scalable technology solution at a fixed monthly fee, eliminating the need for growing banks to worry about I.T. hiring and staffing challenges or budget overruns. Because community banks present a highly regulated and security-focused environment, NetGain Technologies has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification to better protect the security, integrity, availability, confidentiality, and privacy of client data. Technology OneSource additionally offers on-site support

to banks as they undergo regulatory compliance reviews. NetGain’s experts stand shoulder-to-shoulder with financial clients during the actual audit. The Technology OneSource program additionally offers standard and upgraded security services, including a vCSO (virtual Chief Security Officer) role, that are especially beneficial to financial organizations. Brendan Jacobson, president of NetGain Technologies, said, “We are excited to be endorsed by the ABA. We have been serving banks in Arkansas and across the Southeast U.S. for years. Jacobson Receiving this endorsement is a testament to our ability to effectively manage community banks’ IT. I hope this endorsement will allow us to help more banks in the region navigate the regulatory requirements that they face.”
