En 2019, en el Augusta National, Tiger Woods ganó su quinto Masters. No era su primer major, pero sí el más improbable. Atrás quedaban más de una década de escándalos, lesiones, y una caída tan pública como dolorosa. Muchos le daban por acabado. Él mismo llegó a dudar. Pero volvió. In 2019, at Augusta National, Tiger Woods won his fifth Masters. It wasn’t his first major, but it was the most unlikely. Behind him were more than a decade of scandals, injuries, and a fall as public as it was painful. Many thought he was finished. Even he had doubts. But he came back. And not out of habit — he came back with courage. That Sunday, more than the power of his swing or the precision of his irons, what amazed the world was his composure and drive. Im Jahr 2019 gewann Tiger Woods im Augusta National sein fünftes Masters. Es war nicht sein erster Major-Sieg, aber der wohl unwahrscheinlichste. Hinter ihm lagen über zehn Jahre voller Skandale, Verletzungen und ein ebenso öffentlicher wie schmerzhafter Absturz. Viele hielten ihn für erledigt. Selbst er zweifelte, doch er kehrte zurück. Und nicht aus bloßer Gewohnheit – er kam zurück mit Mut.
An jenem Sonntag war es nicht nur die Kraft seines Schwungs oder die Präzision seiner Eisen, die beeindruckte, sondern vor allem seine Entschlossenheit und Ruhe. Tiger spielte jedes Loch mit dem Gewicht seiner eigenen Geschichte auf den Schultern – mit dem Wissen, einst ganz oben gewesen zu sein und dennoch, oder gerade deshalb, die Kraft gefunden zu haben, erneut zu siegen. Trotz der Ängste, die ihn sicher begleiteten, sah er ihnen ins Gesicht und machte weiter.
Genau das ist Mut: sich zu bewegen – trotz des Schwindels. Es bedeutet nicht, waghalsig zu sein oder Tapferkeit vorzutäuschen. Es bedeutet, zu handeln, auch wenn der Weg ungewiss ist. Den Kopf zu heben, schwierige Entscheidungen bedacht zu treffen – ohne sich hinter Zweifeln zu verstecken. Im Alltag wie im Golf können wir uns von der Routine treiben lassen oder bewusst zielen und mit Überzeugung schlagen. Fehler akzeptieren, Gegenwind standhalten – aber mit einem Ziel. Mut ist es, der Trägheit in bewusste, entschlossene Bewegung zu verwandeln die uns erlaubt, unser Leben mit Schwung und festem Griff zu steuern. Zudem sorgt der neue Asphaltbelag für besseren Grip der Buggys und bietet somit ein komfortableres und sichereres Spielerlebnis. Mi responsabilidad principal es la promoción y comercialización del resort en mercados europeos, con el objetivo de posicionarlo como una referencia en el segmento de lujo y golf. Parte fundamental de mi función es la detección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, así como la apertura de nichos estratégicos a nivel internacional. Todo ello se alinea con el concepto global del resort, que busca ofrecer una experiencia integral y diferenciadora tanto para el cliente de golf como para el cliente leisure de alto nivel.

My main responsibility is to promote and position the resort across key European markets, with the goal of establishing it as a benchmark in the luxury and golf segment. A key part of my role is to identify new business opportunities and unlock strategic niche markets at the international level. Each of the three Arabella Golf Mallorca courses has its own unique character, and I truly enjoy playing all of them. Son Vida has a special magic—an iconic course full of history and surrounded by natural beauty, with breathtaking views from holes 5 and 6 that connect you to Mallorca’s landscape. Son Quint stands out for its versatility—it’s open and dynamic, perfect for fast, enjoyable rounds. Son Muntaner, while more technically demanding, delivers a complete golfing experience: it always challenges me, entertains me, and pushes me to improve. Hole 6, in particular, fascinates me for its expansive views and the deep sense of immersion in nature so close to Palma.
