SILENT AUCTION SPONSORS

Take advantage of a valuable marketing opportunity to donate gifts or experiences for the annual AOAP silent auction. This auction raises funds to provide conference scholarships and drowning prevention grants to those in need.

By donating items of your choice or gift cards to popular venues, we attract attention to the silent auction and its mission. For a donation with a value of $100 or higher, your company will receive the following:

The Association of Aquatic Professionals is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that graciously welcomes donations of any size. Whether you would like to donate products, services, or money, we appreciate any effort to aid us in our aquatic advocacy efforts. Place your company’s logo in the hands of each attendee with this useful giveaway Pens are used exclusively at the registration table, throughout the convention center, and placed in each attendee bag. Sponsor is responsible for producing and shipping a minimum of 1,200 pens to AOAP

CONFERENCE T-SHIRTS - $7,000

Sponsor 750 t-shirts with the AOAP conference design and your company logo. T-shirts are then sold and proceeds benefit AOAP sponsorships and grants.

DELEGATE CONFERENCE BAGS - $7,000

Increase your company’s visibility by adding your logo and tagline to a conference bag distributed on-site to all attendees with their registration materials. These bags are widely used throughout the show to carry conference and exhibit hall materials. Bags are produced by AOAP, and we work with you on the design to enhance your brand awareness.

Sponsorship Includes:

• Logo printed on bags and distributed to all conference attendees

• One 8.5”x11” collateral piece in the bag (1000 copies provided by the sponsor)

DELEGATE FLASH DRIVE - $10,000

This necessary item will be used for years as a constant reminder of your brand. Each conference attendee will receive a USB flash drive, pre-loaded with your company information. AOAP will produce and load the drives with the handouts and your company information. Details regarding delivery deadlines are finalized once sponsorship is secu red.

AOAP SWIM LESSON GRANT SPONSORSHIP - $10,000

Ensure your company is known as a promoter of water safety throughout the nation. Help AOAP provide swim lesson grants to communities in need for those that cannot afford to become water safe.

Sponsorship Includes:

• Acknowledgment in our conference sponsor listings and on the AOAP website

AOAP LIFE JACKET GRANT PROGRAM - $10,000 IN-KIND

Provide opportunities for grant-awarded organizations to educate their communities on life jacket safety. This sponsorship makes over 800 coast guard approved life jackets available to association member facilities who provide water safety and swim lesson programs. Approximately 16 sites are awarded 50 life jackets annually
