AOSRhighschoolVarsityandJuniorVarsityteamsparticipateintheDoDEA,DepartmentofDefenseEducationActivity,EuropeanLeague,attheDivision IIlevel.Teamsfrequentlyarriveinthetopthreeduringseasonchampionshiptournaments.AOSRhostsvisitinginternationalschoolsandItalianclubs,and studentsareabletotraveltovariousschoolsaroundItalytocompete.Student-athletestrainfourdaysaweek,participateinLeadershipandMindfulness meetingsandhavededicatedstudyhalls.

Our Activities
Studentsareinvolvedinavastarrayofathletics,arts,travel,service, academic competitions, and clubs. AOSR offers 9 student leadershipclubsandorganizations.Wehave5varsitysportsteams.
Our school offers educational trips to Europe each year. Our performing arts department produces 15 concerts, theater productions, and art exhibitions annually. We also have an extensiveservicelearningprogram.
After School Activities
AnAOSReducationmeansaworldofactivitiesoutsideofthe classroom,thuspromotingamoreversatileandbalancedlifestyle. Eachstudentfindswaystoshineindividuallywhileexploringtheir passions.ActivitiesrunfromMondaytoFriday,3:30-5:00pm.

Our Parent Teacher Organization

TheParentTeacherOrganization(PTO)playsavitalroleinAmericanschoolsintheUnitedStatesandabroad,drivingcommunity-buildingeffortsand workingwithteachersandtheschool'sadministrationtohelpprovidethebestlearningandsocialenvironmentpossibleforourchildren.AOSRhascarriedon thetraditionofhavinganactiveandvibrantPTOthroughoutitshistory.OurPTOwelcomesallparentsinterestedinjoiningtofosteracaringandspirited community.
