On the 8th of December we hosted our annual Children’s Christmas Party. It was a wonderful, inclusive day of festive celebration. The children were very excited to welcome our special guest - Santa, who arrived in a festive bajai! Families had the opportunity to meet Santa and have a professional photo taken. Families enjoyed the variety of entertainment on offer. There was a magical bubble performance, where children got to take to the stage and step inside the lifesize bubble wand! A balloon artist pumped out fantastic balloon sculptures and a face paint artist enabled the children to live out their festive fantasies! In the backyard there was a fabulous photo backdrop; creative arts and craft station for producing colourful tree ornaments and a variety of sensory play activities, providing a wonderful prompt for families to interact together and have some messy fun. The party hosted by the ANZA Playgroup Co-ordinators was made possible by the help of many. Thank you to our event sponsors British School Jakarta, Australian Independent School, ACG School Jakarta and the New Zealand School Jakarta The beautiful lunch spread was enjoyed by all and included goodies donated by Mamma Rosy, Mia Chia Snack, Rosalie Cheese, Hummus and Co and Jika Chocolat. We are so thankful for the wonderful families who are members of ANZA. It was a lovely opportunity to get together and celebrate the magic and joy of the season through the eyes of our smallest members.
