Australian house prices have taken a break from robust increases this month, with no significant change in median prices March saw a sizable decrease in listings, with sellers waiting for the Easter period and subsequent school holidays to end

On the contrary, the team and I had a great March conducting 5 Auctions in the month, all selling under the hammer for a combined total dollar value of $7,895,000 We had a total of 25 registered bidders across all properties and met 225 buyers throughout the month

We are looking forward to April with already a few great properties lined up for the coming months!
