Brisbane property market stood out, performing strongly despite a national trend of fewer listings and uncertainty over inflation and interest rates. While some capital cities saw a slowdown, Brisbane market reflects resilience and optimism with property values continuing to rise. Peering into the performance of our own local suburbs over the past month, Gordon Park made headlines by setting a new suburb record with a $3.95 million sale, surpassing the previous sale price record of $2 805 million Similarly, Grange saw some multi-million dollar sales, achieving the highest ever sale price for a block under 1,000 sqm, at 25 Sellheim Street selling for $5 1 million, closely followed by 48 Cheviot Street at $4 55 million These record-breaking sales are reflective of the limited supply of properties in the local area, coupled with high demand from both families and investors seeking proximity to the city center, excellent amenities, and strong community appeal Let’s see what the end half of this year brings
