Well the end of the Financial Year has come and gone! As we look back on the year, Queensland house prices have surged by 14 3 per cent annually The ongoing scarcity of available properties and limited listings has intensified competition, creating a robust price growth observed across the country.

My team and I sold just shy of $48 million dollars worth of property for the 23/24 financial year with our median sold price sitting at $1.13 million and our median days on market maintained a short and snappy 23 days on market.

I am so grateful for the opportunities I have been blessed with this financial year - it has been a fantastic past 12 months for me, my team, my clients and my office.
