Australian property prices continue their upward trajectory, recording another period of strong median price increases for both houses and units The median Australian house price currently sits at $855,668, representing a 9 7 per cent improvement over the last 12 months
February was a busy month for my team, we conducted 5 Auctions this month, all of which selling on the day at Auction totalling $6 6 million of property sold We had a total of 17 registered bidders combined, meeting 170 buyers throughout the month
