The team and myself have had a refreshing Christmas break and are very much back into the swing of things with five Auctions listed for the month of February!

Brisbane’s growth rate is consistently surpassing the national average, highlighting the strength in our local market. According to CoreLogic, since the onset of the upswing, capital city house values have risen by 11 per cent. In contrast, Brisbane has experienced a 15 per cent increase in house values.

The reality is that homes are still in strong demand and are selling swiftly - the median time it takes to sell a home in Brisbane is decreasing from 27 days in December 2022 to now 21 days in December 2023.
