Population gains in Brisbane have kept growth elevated, recording a 0 7 per cent increase this month; annual growth is up by 12.3 per cent to $916,732. Listing numbers across the whole market saw sizable decreases in both March and April across the country with owners opting to “wait and see ” , particularly given the ongoing change in values. The ongoing lack of stock, with listings remaining tight, has resulted in increased competition keeping property values elevated. During the month of April, we listed four fantastic properties in preparation for launch in the first week of May. My team and I reached a significant milestone in my career, reaching Elite status, ranking in the top 3% of agent in the Ray White Queensland group.
