La mayoría de estas aberturas van de suelo a techo, lo que permite una mayor continuidad al exterior y que se aprovechan al máximo las magníficas vistas del solar. Como resultado, se logró un ambiente ideal para vacacionar y pasar un verano extraordinario. | ENGLISH SUMARY | FOR AN IDEAL SUMMER
A series of elements were taken into consideration, such as the living space, the neutral tone materials and lightning, when designing this summer home in the Balearic Islands, off the eastern coast of Spain. Interiors here relate to the exterior, with its surroundings integrating to its vistas. The plot is organized in an accessible spatial network based on octagonal designs combining pavement, gardens, water planes and other design elements. It also has a pergola (wooden slats) that offers protection from the sun and provides privacy.
