Can Liret és un petit hotel ubicat al centre de Palafrugell, fruit de la rehabilitació d’una casa entre mitgeres, antiga manufactura surera on es fabricaven taps. Els promotors volien conservar l’essència de la finca sense renunciar a les comoditats d’un hotel i aconseguir que la gestió es pogués realitzar amb el mínim de personal possible. Un altre dels requisits va ser el respecte pel medi ambient: industrials del poble, materials de proximitat, elements reutilitzats per fer el mobiliari, sistema d’aerotèrmia i plaques solars, aprofitament d’una antiga cisterna per reutilitzar les aigües...
Can Liret is a small hotel located in the centre of Palafrugell, that is now bearing fruit from the renovation of the half-timbered house that was originally an old cork factory where they produced plugs. The developers wanted to keep the essence of the estate without renouncing the comforts of a hotel and that management could be done with as few staff as possible. Another requirement of the renovation was respecting the environment: utilising industry from the village, the proximity of materials, reworked furniture, aerothermal system, solar panels and use of the old cistern for water reuse.
Can Liret est un petit hôtel situé au centre de Palafrugell. Il est le fruit de la rénovation d’une maison mitoyenne, à l’origine une ancienne manufacture de liège où l’on produisait des bouchons. Les promoteurs ont voulu garder l’essence de la propriété sans pour autant renoncer au confort d’un hôtel, qui puisse être géré avec le moins de personnel possible. Autre élément requis, le respect de l’environnement, avec le recours à l’activité industrielle de la ville, aux matériaux à proximité, aux objets réutilisés pour la fabrication de meubles, à l’aérothermie et aux panneaux solaires, ainsi qu’à l’ancienne citerne pour la récupération de l’eau.
