PARTNERSHIPS WITH PURPOSE

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
I’ve long believed that everyone deserves a place to call home – a place of safety, comfort, and belonging. It’s no secret that our country faces a critical shortage of housing, but behind every statistic is a human story: young couples priced out of their communities, parents working tirelessly to keep a roof over their heads, and children dreaming of stability.
To me, housing isn’t just bricks and mortar – it’s a basic human need, as essential as food or warmth. That’s why I’m so passionate about Allison Partnerships, where we collaborate closely with housing associations, rent-to-buy providers, and communities to deliver high-quality, affordable homes.
Our aim is to make homeownership and rental opportunities accessible to a wider audience and to strengthen communities in the process. This is not a side project or a fleeting initiative; it’s a long-term commitment to addressing the urgent housing shortage and providing homes people can truly call their own.
I believe that building homes should mean building hope. I’ve witnessed how the right home can transform lives - and now, that belief has never been more urgent.
To our partners, thank you for sharing this vision with me. To my team, your dedication means everything. And to every person waiting for their chance to say, “This home is ours” - I promise I will keep fighting for you.
Because home isn’t just where you live. It’s where you belong.”
JOHN ANDERSON Group Chief Executive

OUR EXPERTISE

At Allison Homes, we are committed to delivering homes that are not only of the highest quality but are also thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the communities they serve. Each of our developments is carefully planned, with attention to detail at every stage, ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. We work closely with architects and local stakeholders to create well-designed, spacious homes that enhance the surrounding environment. Our developments are built to stand the test of time, offering lasting value for both residents and our partners.

A message from our Group Partnerships and Investment Director, James Pennington:
It’s impossible to ignore the fact that 8.5 million people in England are struggling to find a home that truly meets their needs. As a sector, we have a duty to respond with meaningful action, and our Partnerships division is doing just that.
We’re incredibly proud to have delivered over 150 partnership homes this past year, and we’re on track to deliver a further 250 next year. As part of the wider Allison Group, we’re aiming to build over 2,000 new homes each year by 2027, with at least 500 of these delivered (each year) in partnership across our regions.
AWARD-WINNING EXCELLENCE
We are incredibly proud of the recognition our partnerships have received for delivering outstanding affordable housing. Our dedication to quality and attention to detail have been celebrated with prestigious awards. In collaboration with Accent Housing, we were honoured with an LABC Award for our Elsea Park development, reflecting the high standards we uphold in design and construction. Additionally, our development in Bourne, in partnership with Amplius, has twice earned the NHBC Pride in the Job Award, highlighting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and the exceptional performance of our site management team. These accolades are a testament to the strength of our partnerships and our ongoing pursuit of excellence in every home we build.

Allison Homes is a valued partner of Accent Housing, consistently delivering high-quality homes across multiple developments. The Elsea Park site is no exception, and we are delighted to be taking handover of these new homes this summer. Designed in a range of styles and sizes to suit different needs, these homes will provide much-needed affordable housing in the area.”
Cherise Berridge, Assistant Development Director of Accent Homes:

REAL STORIES, REAL RESULTS
Allison Partnerships has a strong track record of successful project delivery with Registered Providers, demonstrating our commitment to quality, innovation, and partnership in affordable housing. We have a diverse portfolio of partnership developments across the UK. Highlighted below are two prime examples of our approach and capabilities.

ELSEA PARK, BOURNE
A sustainable community demonstrating our ability to deliver well-designed, spacious and energy-efficient homes. This development includes 48 units of 100% affordable housing and was honoured with an LABC Bricks Site Recognition Award, reflecting the high standards we uphold in design and construction.
Working in partnership with Accent Housing and South Kesteven District Council, we have delivered a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes to suit a range of local needs. The development offers both affordable rent and shared ownership options, helping more people in Bourne access high-quality, modern homes. Each property features practical layouts, energy-efficient fixtures, and contemporary finishes, ensuring comfort and lower running costs for residents. Elsea Park is set within an established neighbourhood, with landscaped green spaces and pedestrian-friendly streets that encourage a strong sense of community.

MAYS PLACE, BOURNE
A 121-home mixed-tenure development that transformed an underutilised area into a vibrant residential neighbourhood. Delivered in partnership with Amplius, Mays Place offers a range of affordable rent, shared ownership, and open market homes to meet the needs of the local community. The development features thoughtfully designed green spaces and play areas, creating a welcoming environment for families and individuals alike.
Mays Place has also been recognised for outstanding site management and build quality. Senior Site Manager Michael Ramsay received both the NHBC Seal of Excellence Award and the NHBC Regional Award for the East region for his work on this project - prestigious accolades that highlight our commitment to delivering quality homes through strong partnerships.
Mays Place is a development which goes a long way to helping to address the need for affordable housing in this part of Lincolnshire. The whole country is facing a housing crisis and we’re committed to playing our part in helping to tackle it.”
“By partnering with Allison Homes, we’ve been able to enhance our portfolio in the county and provide opportunities for local families to take their first step onto the property ladder. Mays Place is a very important development for us as an organisation. It’s one of our largest developments and the first one we’ve completed since becoming Amplius.

SERVING OUR COMMUNITIES
Allison Partnerships is committed to creating a positive impact on the communities in which we build. The Partnerships Charitable Scheme pledges to donate £100 for every home contracted through partnership schemes, aiming for a total of £200,000 in donations by 2027.
To date, through our Partnerships Charitable Scheme, we have donated over £56,100, supporting local independent charities such as The Ferry Project in Wisbech, Nettleham Community Hub in Lincoln and Inspire+ in Bourne, among others.
Beyond monetary contributions, we engage in direct outreach initiatives to build genuine partnerships with our chosen charities.
Creating strong communities isn’t just a motto, it’s integral to everything we do.

This donation is not just about the financial contribution; it shows a real commitment to our community. SUSTAINABILITY & INNOVATION
At Allison Homes, placemaking is at the heart of our approach, focusing on creating environments that promote happiness, well-being, and a sense of belonging.
We design homes and communities that harmonise with their surroundings, nurturing both the local community and the natural world. This thoughtful approach to development is integral to our business strategy, ensuring that we not only build homes, but also create spaces where people thrive. For our partners, this means investing in sustainable, vibrant communities that stand the test of time and align with the values of those we work with.

Utilising materials that enhance energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve the overall lifespan of our buildings.
Modern Methods of Construction (MMC):
Exploring and implementing innovative construction methods to improve build quality, reduce waste, and shorten construction timelines.
Regulatory Compliance:
Meeting and exceeding environmental and building regulations to minimise our carbon footprint and promote sustainable development.

INVESTING IN FUTURE SKILLS
We’re deeply committed to supporting the next generation of construction professionals. That’s why we’ve built strong, ongoing partnerships with local colleges such as Inspire Education Group, ensuring that students not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also hands-on, practical experience on our live sites.
Each year, we welcome a number of apprentices into a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more. These apprentices benefit from a unique blend of college-based learning and real-world site training — all under the guidance of our experienced site managers and skilled tradespeople.
We take pride in helping our apprentices lay the foundations for successful careers. Many go on to work with our subcontractors and trade partners, and some even take their careers further, into roles such as site management and inspection. Supporting future skills is more than just a programme for us — it’s part of our purpose.

I have really enjoyed my time here. It has been great to learn whilst also being ‘hands-on’ and putting into practice what I’ve been shown. Poppy Ludgate, Apprentice at Mays Place. Poppy has now become an NHBC Inspector.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional support and collaborative partnership with Allison Homes. Together, we have made a significant positive impact on our local and regional communities. Their commitment to their apprentices is commendable, with many completing their programmes ahead of schedule. We have successfully collaborated on educational initiatives in local primary schools, inspiring young minds about the exciting possibilities of a career in construction. Additionally, Allison Homes’ generous donations of materials and support for our students in skills competitions have been invaluable to our programmes.
