JUNE 16TH
MAY22nd MAY22nd
Vendors from Xerox, Fiery, Kyocera, Epson, & Canon were in attendance. All attendees ended up chatting and learning something new from the vendors.
The 'big hit' was Canon showcasing their new line of florescent inks and printing posters on removable adhesive media. You stick the poster to the floor as a e mat, then easily move it to the wall, no wrinkles or mess.
The Marketing Team got together and recorded tons of video content. Keep your eyes peeled on social media for those video morsels.
Tobin almost signed 2 Iridesse Xerox Production Printers on the spot. Kevin, Nathan, and Carrie are following up with all the attendees. During our recent phone blitz, Kevin found a Production opportunity from event follow up. We expect to see Sales from post event follow up to exceed $250k.
Sales had a good month in May. Carrie Davis was the top rep of the month out of Salt Lake City, UT Branch. Been making lots of headway for production in Utah. Boise Branch also had a good month with one of our top customers getting 12 new machines from Allied.
The Boise Sales Team #1 of Andy, Joe, and Eliza are currently leading in the Operation Positive Yards contest, we will see which of the 4 teams comes out as the quarter winner after June for most new customers.
The Utah Production Print show also went great! Already have machines being sold from that event when expanding knowledge to our customers. We are looking forward to the upcoming event in Boise with the Hawks Baseball Team. Will be great so show our appreciation to our customers!
This year, our service team has made significant strides in cost reduction by implementing an innovative approach to parts management. By salvaging functional components from returned machines, they have successfully integrated these parts into our green parts program. This initiative has resulted in substantial savings, amounting to $16,930.71 year to date.
Our goal for this year is to save $30,000 through the green parts process. Not only has this strategy been financially beneficial, but it has also enhanced our operational efficiency. With readily available recycled parts, we can repair machines more swiftly, eliminating the delays associated with ordering new parts. This proactive approach underscores our commitment to both economic and environmental sustainability, setting a commendable example for cost-saving and resourcefulness.
