This summer, we’re shining a light on the awesome work happening across our teams. Summer Spotlights are a chance to recognize colleagues who go above and beyond—whether they’ve helped on a project, brought great energy to a meeting, or just made someone’s day better! It’s simple: post a sticky note on the designated board in each branch highlighting a co-worker (make sure you include their name and what you are celebrating them for!), and they will have a chance to win a summer prize pack - one prize pack is up for grabs for June, July and August (valued around $300 each)! Let’s shine a light on each other all season long!

As we enter into the summer months, we would like to remind everyone to review the company’s dress code policy. Maintaining a professional appearance is important in reflecting our company’s values and projecting a positive image to our clients and colleagues.
Locate the dress code policy in our Employee Handbook in M-Files here: Employee Handbook 3/29/2025 (Current).pdf
This can be found beginning on page 31 under “Personal Appearance.”
