The final section of the article focuses on the specific characteristics of the language and style of women’s magazines and advertising targeted at women.

Kateřina Vodičková, Ph.D., PaedDr. Ladislava Holubová Po revoluci 1989 nastal v německém příhraničí boom výuky češtiny na všech typech škol i v různých kurzech. Tento jev se v průběhu dvaceti let měnil, jako ve vlnách oslaboval a zesiloval. Momentálně se výuka češtiny opět těší velkému zájmu. Dříve byla výuka češtiny záležitostí nadšenců, nyní už se dostala na pořad dne bavorské politiky. Jedná se zejména o důležitost znalosti češtiny v oblasti hospodářské přeshraniční spolupráce. Proto vznikl v roce 2008 projekt s názvem Čeština na reálkách v Horní Falci, který má následující úkoly: 1. Vyškolit učitele – jde zejména o české rodilé mluvčí žijící v Německu. 2. Vytvořit učební materiály. 3. Vypracovat osnovy na úrovni A1, A2. 4. Certifikovaná zkouška pro žáky ve věku 12–15 let. After the 1989 revolution there was a boom of Czech language teaching at all types of schools and courses in the German borderlands. This phenomenon has been changing during the twenty years, losing and gaining intensity as if in waves. At present Czech language teaching has become very popular again. In the past teaching Czech language was carried out by enthusiastic fans, while at present it has got included in the agenda of Bavarian politics. It concerns mainly the importance of the knowledge of Czech language in the area of crossborder economic cooperation. That is why a project called ‘Czech language at Realschule secondary schools in Upper Palatinate’ was started in 2008. Its aims are: 1. To train teachers – especially Czech native speakers living in Germany. 2. To create teaching material. 3. To design the syllabus for A1 and A2 levels. 4. Certificate examination for students aged 12–15 years.
