Our time together will be filled with celebrations, as well as plenaries to ensure we are handling the business of Alpha Kappa Alpha and the International Region. So, pack your tiaras, Sorors it’s time to make memories, spread sisterhood, and feel the wonder that only Anaheim can offer!
VSG Guides and Registration Kits for members of the Directorate, Former Supreme Basilei, and Former Regional Directors will be signed out and delivered to respective VSG Hotel by the assigned escort
Please proceed to the designated holding room for each event at least forty-five (45) minutes before the event start time. There will be no holding room for Plenary Session 2, Plenary Session 3, nor the Closing Banquet. Please proceed directly to the dais thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of Plenary Session 2 and 3. Pacific B has been designated as the holding room for Plenary 1. Pacific B has been designated as holding room for Awards Luncheon & Jewels Luncheon. International Region starts on time so don’t be fashionably late!
Dais or Reserved seating arrangement have been made for you All dais participants are expected to arrive in the holding room forty-five (45) minutes prior to the start time of an event If you are not scheduled to sit on the dais, seating has been reserved for you at all plenary sessions, meal functions, and social functions Please refer to page 10 to review if your presence is requested on the dais for a particular event.
Please bring a wrap or sweater to accommodate the varied room temperatures.
