CONFERENCE MANAGER Â Key Responsibilities a. Co-creation of National Conference framework. b. Implementation and monitoring of the Conference framework. c. Ensure that Conferences set are run. d. Ensure that conference objectives are met. e. Creation and monitoring of Conference budgets. Required profile. a. South African Resident b. TL/EB experience. c. Solution oriented d. Flexible to travel in the republic at short notice e. Able to dedicate 10-14 hours weekly

PHYSICAL EXPANSIONS MANAGER Â Key Responsibilities a. Re-introduction of AIESEC in previous LCs. b. Product marketing in expansions reached. c. Establish points of communication to initiate talks with Uni mgt. d. Represent AIESEC at uni events/ meetings. e. Reporting on progress of the expansion initiatives. Required profile. a. South African Resident b. Solution oriented. c. Communication skills. d. Report writing skills. e. Flexible to travel within short notice.

IGT ACCOUNT MANAGER Â Key Responsibilities a. Direct traffic to opportunities that require urgency. b. EP screening to ensure right candidates get processed by company. c. VISA and other legalities handling (before coming into the Republic). d. Value delivery management for the EPs in the country. e. Collect feedback on the experience for showcasing. Required profile. a. GT account management experience b. If non-resident can move to SA for upto 3 months. c. Able to dedicate 12-18 hours weekly. d. Communication skills. e. Ability to work under pressure and result oriented

OGT EP MANAGER Â Key Responsibilities a. EP contacting and Signups management. b. Alignment of EP and Opportunity needs. c. Ensure OPS is done for every EPs. d. Hold initiatives to increase the approval rate. e. Visa and other legalities handling. (after approval). Required profile. a. Highly motivated and self managing individual. b. oGX experience. c. Customer oriented d. Highly competitive in goal achievements. e. If non-SA resident can move to SA upto 3 months.

APPLICATION PROCESS & TIMELINE All Applicants are required to fill in a questionnaire for the role of National Manager. All General questions are mandatory and the specific questions for the role being applied for should be filled. Applicants are required to submit a motivational letter for the position which is uploaded at the end of the questionnaire. The survey can be filled for only one role once, if an applicant wants to apply for two roles, they need to fill the form twice for the different roles they want to apply for.
