Las características emblemáticas del arte relojero de Glashütte en esta pieza, revelan su belleza por todo el cristal de zafiro del fondo de la caja

El PanoLunar Tourbillon es una reedición del modelo de 2013, además de una auténtica obra de arte. La colección Pano hechiza gracias a la impactante estructura de su esfera, que se hace especialmente patente en el nuevo PanoLunar Tourbillon. Esta esfera, ricamente decorada con los característicos contadores descentrados, está enmarcada en una caja de platino. Tanto la esfera auxiliar para las horas y los minutos como el tourbillon volante con el pequeño segundero, se sitúan en la parte izquierda de la esfera. Engalanan la parte derecha, un exquisito indicador de fase lunar con un cielo azul nocturno y la fecha panorámica característica de la marca relojera. Todos los grabados del lado de la esfera se han fabricado en la propia manufactura de esferas de Glashütte Original, en Pforzheim. Los artesanos de la casa trabajan sus grabados sin plantilla y se sirven de un buril para inscribir el diseño a mano en los espacios de oro macizo de la esfera.

Complicaciones de Glashütte rebosantes de tradición

El Tourbillon volante oscila, en la parte izquierda de la esfera. Aunque su observación resulta fascinante, esta complicación se diseñó originalmente para mejorar la precisión. El sistema oscilante con 10 tornillos con peso y 8 tornillos de ajuste garantiza una óptima precisión de marcha. Las características emblemáticas del arte relojero de Glashütte, como los acabados barrado y de rayos de sol de la marca, los tornillos azulados y los bordes pulidos y biselados, revelan su belleza por todo el cristal de zafi ro del fondo de caja. El rotor esqueletizado y descentrado dispone de una masa oscilante de oro de 21 quilates. En una placa decorativa de acero noble montada sobre tornillo fi guran las palabras «Flying Tourbillon» grabadas y revestidas de oro. El nuevo reloj incorpora una pulsera de piel de aligátor de Luisiana azul a juego con cierre desplegable de platino. Th e PanoLunarTourbillon is a reissue of a model from 2013, as well as a true work of art. Th e Pano collection bewitches with the striking structure of its dial, which is especially evident in the new PanoLunarTourbillon. Th e richly detailed dial adorned with the characteristic off -centre counters is embraced by a platinum case. Both the sub-dial for hours and minutes and the fl ying tourbillon with the seconds sub-dial are located on the left side of the dial. Meanwhile, the right side is adorned with an exquisite moon phase indicator with a blue night sky and the brand’s distinctive panorama date. All engravings on the dial side are created at Glashütte Original’s own dial manufactory in Pforzheim. In-house craftspeople work the engravings without a pattern, using a burin to inscribe the design freehand in the solid gold dial blanks.

Glashütte complications steeped in tradition

Th e fl ying tourbillon oscillates on the left side of the dial. While it is fascinating to watch, this complication was originally designed to improve precision. Th is “whirlwind” enables the entire oscillation and escapement system to rotate on its own axis every minute. Th e PanoLunarTourbillon is driven by the automatic movement Calibre 93-12. Th e watch builds up a 48-hour power reserve and has a fully integrated moon phase mechanism. Th e oscillating system incorporates 10 weighted screws and eight regulation screws and ensures an optimal running rate. Signature features of the Glashütte art of watchmaking, such as the sunburst fi nish, blued screws, and bevelled and polished edges, can been seen in all their beauty through the sapphire crystal case back. Th e off -centre, skeletonised rotor has a 21-carat gold oscillating weight. Th ere is also a screw-mounted decorative stainless steel plaque with the words “Flying Tourbillon” engraved and lined with gold. Th e new timepiece is set on a matching blue Louisiana alligator strap with a platinum folding clasp.
