Abierto en mayo de 2017, Ispal es un concepto de negocio puesto en marcha por el Grupo La Raza, referente de la hostelería sevillana desde 1932. Ispal es el nombre primitivo de la ciudad de Sevilla que data de finales del siglo VIII a.C. y que significaba tierra llana. El restaurante apuesta por un concepto gastronómico innovador, es el único que cocina 100% de Sevilla. Sus platos tienen el denominador común que tiene como ingrediente principal productos de Sevilla. Bajo la dirección de su jefe de cocina, Jorge Manfredi, se ha dado continuidad a este concepto cuyo máximo exponente es la cocina de KM 0, utilización de productos de proximidad de Sevilla y su provincia.

Opened in May 2017, Ispal is a business concept launched by the La Raza Group, a leader in the Sevillian hospitality industry since 1932. Ispal is the ancient name of the city of Seville dating back to the end of the 8th century BC and means «flat land». The restaurant focuses on an innovative culinary concept and is the only one whose basis is 100% Seville. All the dishes share the fact that their main ingredient comes from the province of Seville. This concept has continued under the direction of head chef Jorge Manfredi, becoming the ultimate example of KM 0 cuisine that uses local ingredients from Seville and its province.
