Basic Claims Management

This two-and-a-half hour course, focuses on the vocabulary and processes associated with initiating and managing a workers’ compensation claim.

If a worker is injured, the program’s instruction and print material guides its participants from the point of filing a claim through to when the worker is designated as fully treated (maximum medical improvement). Construction Lien Skills

Preparing and recording construction claims of lien in Florida is extremely challenging. Superficial knowledge of the process, without competent legal advice, frequently spells disaster. Lien Law Level One is an intensive four-hour training in all basic aspects of construction lien compliance techniques.
